SmartBox Amenities ("SmartBox," "we," "us") places, stocks, and services AI-powered smart vending machines and micro markets at properties across Pierce, King, and Thurston Counties, Washington. These Terms govern your use of this website and your requests for our services.

2. Placement requests

Submitting the form on this site is a request for a free consultation — not a binding agreement. Machine placements are governed by a separate written placement agreement that covers equipment, service schedules, and any revenue-share arrangement for your property.

3. Text & phone communications

By submitting your phone number you consent to receive calls and SMS messages from SmartBox about your placement request. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. See our Privacy Policy and Spam Policy.

4. Use of this site

You agree not to misuse the site — including attempting to disrupt it, scrape it at scale, or submit false or unlawful information through our forms.

5. Intellectual property

The SmartBox Amenities name, logo, and site content belong to us or our licensors. Third-party machine names and imagery belong to their respective manufacturers and are used to describe the equipment we deploy.

The site is provided "as is." We work hard to keep information accurate, but we make no warranties about completeness, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose. Product availability, machine models, and revenue-share terms can change.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SmartBox is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this website. Our total liability related to the site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars.
